The Swartland Farm House is situated on an awesome farm just off the R44 towards Porterville. This is an extremely popular choice for our bachelor party where we can host up to 26 guys dormitory-style across 3 rooms with bunk beds. We have a large indoor entertainment area, with a pool table and dartboard for that late-night entertainment,
as well as an indoor and outdoor braai. Otherwise, chill next to the fire or in our fire-fuelled hot tub. Bring your own
food, towels and music and have a party. We have everything else covered from bedding to a fully stocked self-
catering kitchen

R5450 for 12 guys per night with a minimum of a 2-night booking

The Swartland - Fort
ABOUT
The Swartland Fort is situated on the lush banks of the Berg river heading towards Porterville. This venue is specifically designed to cater for your large groups with a minimum of 20 people in dormitory-style accommodation.
If you’d prefer to have fun outside the Fort’s walls you will find the Berg River only a stone’s throw away. Get active during the day and enjoy canoeing, fishing, swimming and beach volleyball free of charge, or just chill by the pool and have a drink with your mates. This venue really has it all. No need to stress, just rock up with food and drinks and enjoy.

The Swartland- River Cottage
ABOUT
The Swartland River Cottage is situated on the waters edge of the Klein Bergrivier heading towards Porterville. This is the perfect choice for a medium-sized group to get out of the city for a night or 2. We can accommodate up to 18 guys in 2 dormitory-style rooms with 3 x 3-up bunk beds in each. We have great indoor and outdoor fireplaces for warmth and braaiing. We have everything else covered from bedding to a fully stocked self-catering kitchen. All you need to do is bring your mates, booze and food and have a great time.

-R4200 per night with a minimum of a 2-night booking
-R6300 per night for a 1-night stay

The Swartland Swamp is situated on the banks of the Berg river heading towards Porterville. This venue is specifically designed to cater for your medium to large groups with access to the river, fire pit, braai area and private dam. We can accommodate up to 40 guys in dormitory-style rooms. Laze in the dam or river, put your feet up by the fire and party the nights away. We have everything else covered from bedding to a fully stocked self-catering kitchen and a venue of note.
